Sierra central

Mountainous region of central Peru bounded to the north by the area of Huánuco and to the south by the region of Ayacucho. It is bounded to the east by the 'eyebrow of the forest' and to the west by the central coast.

Región montañosa del centro de Perú delimitada hacia el norte por el área de Huánuco y hacía el sur por la región de Ayacucho. Limita hacia el este con la ceja de selva y hacia el oeste con la costa central.
